• Initial Health Assessment: Each puppy comes with a vet-issued health certificate confirming their health status, vaccinations, and deworming.
• 14-Day Health Guarantee: If a licensed vet detects a pre-existing health issue within 14 days of adoption, we offer a replacement puppy or cover treatment costs up to a specified limit.
• 1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee: We guarantee your puppy is free from serious genetic disorders for one year. If an issue arises, we will work with you to find the best solution, including treatment coverage or a replacement puppy.
• Lifetime Support: We’re always here to provide guidance, resources, and support for your puppy’s lifelong well-being.

Conditions of the Health Guarantee

To ensure the validity of our health guarantee, adopters must meet the following conditions:

-Veterinary Examination: The puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of adoption. A record of this visit must be kept for any future health claims.

-Proper Veterinary Care: The puppy must receive all necessary vaccinations, routine checkups, and preventative care as recommended by a licensed veterinarian.
-Adequate Nutrition & Care: The puppy must be provided with a balanced diet, regular exercise, and a safe, loving environment to promote overall well-being.
-No Neglect or Abuse: The health guarantee is void if the puppy suffers from neglect, improper care, abuse, or injury caused by the owner.
-Timely Notification: If any health concerns arise, the adopter must notify us immediately and provide official documentation from a licensed veterinarian for any health guarantee claims.
-Non-Transferable: The health guarantee applies only to the original adopter and is not transferable if the puppy is rehomed.
